Duplicate Object Trees (Related Records)
Use the ability to duplicate a set of related records to support solutions where you need to copy complex objects. E.g. Customer Orders with many options where you need to create Quote variations to help customers decide.
Using Objects as Categories
When your simple categories start being used in many places or they become a more important part of your data model, it may be best to create a dataset of category objects rather than keeping it an isolated list of text. E.g. “Department” is better as a table than a list of names.
