Engyn makes it easy to share your forms with others. Whether you want to embed your form on a website, share a direct link, provide a QR code, or send it via email, there are multiple ways to distribute your form and collect responses effortlessly.
Accessing Deploy Form
To access the form sharing settings:
In either the Form Designer or Form Entries screen, click the
button in the top left corner to open the dropdown menu.
From the dropdown, select Deploy Form to open the Deploy Form settings window, where you have various options to share your form.
You can also access Deploy Form settings in the Form Library. Hover over the form and click the button next to the form name to open the dropdown menu and select Deploy Form.
Script Tag
Copy and paste the provided script tag into the script section of your webpage. This method allows the form to seamlessly integrate with your website's content. The form will dynamically load and display directly on the page without requiring an external window or redirection.
iFrame Element
Embed the form using an iFrame element, which is a convenient and flexible way to integrate it into your website. The form will be displayed within an embedded iframe, preserving its layout and styling, and isolating it from other elements on the page.
Sharing Form Link (URL)
If you'd prefer to share a link to your form, the platform generates a URL that can be shared across various platforms such as social media, emails, and messaging apps. Anyone with the link will be able to access the form, depending on the permissions you've set.
QR Code
Engyn automatically generates a QR code that links to your form. You can download the QR code image and share the QR code by placing it on physical materials (flyers, posters) or sharing it digitally (via email or website). Users can scan this code with their smartphones to quickly access the form without needing to type in a URL.
Sending via Form Mail
Engyn provides a Form Mail feature that allows you to send the form directly to recipients via email. This option is ideal for reaching a targeted audience through personalized email communication.
Note: Ensure that the form's sharing settings are configured correctly to allow the intended audience to access and submit it. If you want your form to be visible and accessible to the public, you need to set public permissions for both form viewing and data submission. For more details on how to configure permissions, refer to the Form Permissions and Dataset Permission.
