An Embedded Child Collection is a list of child records that can be configured and embedded directly into a form. This allows users to manage related data within a parent record without navigating away.
Adding an Embedded Child Collection
Add a New Element
Click the + button in your desired location on the form.
Switch to the Components tab.
Select Child Card Gallery or Child Collection Table, then click NEXT.
Select the Child Collection
Under the Value section, choose the child object you want to embed from the available child collections.
Configure Settings
Adjust display and behavior settings for the child collection as needed.
Save
Click SAVE to finalize the embedded collection.

Content
Label – Set a display label for the collection.
Appearance
(Only available in Child Card Gallery)
Select the Card View used to display child records.
Set the Card Width, if needed.
Value
Child Object – Select the child collection to display.
Control
Max Rows to Display – Define how many rows are shown per page.
Open Object on Click – Allow users to open linked records by clicking on them.
Allow New Object Creation – Enable users to create new records directly from the form.
When enabled, users can:
Choose a default form for creating new records.
Set up pre-fill options for automatic data entry.
Item Removal Behavior
Item Removed Are Deleted – When enabled, removing a record from the child collection will delete it permanently.
